Welcome to the Papunet game site!

Games, exercises and stories for people of different ages have been collected on this site. The games can be played as pastime learning and entertainment, and they can also be used in rehabilitation or teaching. The games can also serve as tools for practicing interaction and communication skills or communication means that support or substitute speech (augmentative and alternative communication, AAC).

Most of the games, exercises and stories can be operated both with the mouse and with the spacebar and enter button. The functions of the spacebar and enter can be transferred to external switches using a switch interface.

** If the game program doesn’t react to the pressing of the spacebar or enter, click the mouse once on the game window.

Technical requirements for games

The Papunet games have been realized with a Flash extension (Flash Player 7) installable on a www browser. If the games don’t work with your computer, download or update the extension free of charge at Adobe.com. The extension works with the commonly used www browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc).

The Papunet drawing program works if a Java extension (Java Runtime Environment) has been installed in your browser. If you don’t have a Java extension in your computer, you can download it free of charge at Java.com.

Note! Installing extensions requires system administrator rights in the computer. If you don’t have the rights, you should contact the system administrator for your computer.

To ensure that the game site can be operated properly, we recommend you use the latest version of the www browser program. The games work with at least the following freeware web browsers: Mozilla Firefox (all versions) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 and later).

The Papunet game site can only be operated on the Internet. The games cannot be saved on your own computer.

The Papunet game site is protected by copyright. Even partial copying and use of the graphic and sound material on the site for commercial purposes is forbidden.
